Gr considers overcrowding responsible for many sanitary questions taken up for new dwellings.
Mim Thum initially thinks there is anything to...
(Minutes.)
IN Ackroyd does not acknowledge the fact that land is available, conveniently situated, which is just the point of difficulty. He objects to the Sanitary Board (which is, I believe, of use), but calls it comprehensive and obstructive. I very much doubt if his proposal to transfer its duties to officials would be an improvement.
Acknowledge with thanks to Gov, confidential Lt. Any subsequent Paper.
